A lost cause

How can one rid the rotten part of thinking? How can one live with guilt, anxiety and a lack of time. If it is all within our mind, what cause will resolve into a thriving one? How can one become effective in thinking? So that the percentage of thoughts that are useful maximise in potential.

Start by not doing what you know is wrong. Keep what has an accumulative effect, momentum is real. The thoughts that reappear, do not ignore them, face them with boldness, if failure occurs, cry, suffer and grow from this nutritious emotion. You will be ahead in the useful thoughts. The deeper the wound, the clearer the thought.
